Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde, vain pieniä puutteita

Oikein kiva hotelli. Sisältä paljon paremmassa kunnossa, kuin mitä ulkoa voisi päätellä. Hinta on helsinkiläiseksi hotelliksi edullinen, mikä hieman syrjäisen sijainnin lisäksi ehkä mahdollistuu sillä, että hotellia pyöritetään erittäin vähäisellä henkilökunnalla, esim. sisäänkirjautumisessa kesti aika pitkään. Aamiainen on tosi hyvä; valikoima on pieni, mutta se mitä tarjotaan on laadukasta ja maukasta. Mieluummin söin tätä kuin normaalia hotelliaamiaista. Vain kahvin saanti oli hämmennystä aiheuttavaa; en vieläkään tiedä oliko tarkoitus että se tarjoillaan pöytiin vai haetaan itse. Ihmiset haahuilivat ympäriinsä kahvikuppeja ja kahvia etsimässä, kunnes se vihdoin tarjoiltiin. Jos kahvi tarjoillaan pöytiin, siihen pitää olla tarpeeksi henkilökuntaa - mitä ei ollut; odotin kahvin tarjoilun jälkeen maitoa niin kauan että kahvi alkoi jäähtyä, minkä jälkeen lähdin etsimään maitoa itse. Santsikuppi taas piti hakea itse, kun ei ollut ketään missään. Tätä olisi helppo selkeyttää jollain kylteillä tms.

En välttämättä menisi uudestaan

Tulimme paikalle klo 14. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli klo 16. Hotellin aula oli täysin tyhjä, mutta meidän ei annettu jäädä siihen istumaan. Myöskään huonetta ei voinut kuulemma aiemmin antaa käyttöön, joten käytännössä meidät ajettiin hotellista ulos odottamaan kahdeksi tunniksi. Vastaanotossa naishenkilö sanoi, että hotelli on myyty täyteen, mutta tyhjältä vaikutti. Koska hotellin ravintola oli jostain syystä kiinni, tilasimme ruokaa. Pyysimme vastaanotosta lainaan haarukkaa ja veistä. Saimme vain haarukan, koska veitsiä ei kuulemma ollut. Hotelli vaikutti siistiltä, miljöö nätti, asiakapalvelussa ei kehumista.
