“Beautiful clean room (Room 4) with lovely comfy beds, additional things such as blankets, soap, shampoo etc and very attentive staff ( actually the owners ). High quality tea and coffee plus biscuits in the room and to top it all an excellent breakfast the next day. Thank you for a wonderful stay in this delightful boutique bead and breakfast close to all amenities. ”

“I am so glad that I booked jasmine cottage , It’s a very well equipped bungalow , the only thing I would suggest is a nest of small tables in the lounge as their is no where to put drinks ,”

“We booked 3 nights at the Pegwell and I would say it’s the best hotel in Ramsgate. From getting a nice early check in, to the delicious breakfast every thing was spot on. The walk into Ramsgate is around 40 minutes and is lovely, we found the location perfect, and very quiet. Highly recommend the hotel and Ramsgate for a weekend break.”

“Recommend the 5 Bells and their team very highly. Both relaxed and very professional, from the minute I checked in to a great breakfast. I was en route to the channel tunnel. If you’re doing the same stay here, seriously.”

“We came with 2 dogs, and was advised that we could dine in a specific area allocated with people with dogs. However the area was full of people (not eating, not drinking, and no pets), and there's no attempt/offer to accommodate us. After paying £60 extra/nights, we ended up having order from Uber Eats.”

“Room was lovely. Felt that the bar service was quite slow. Toilets in reception area were in a terrible state on arrival and even worse the following morning - definitely needed to be clean on a more frequent basis. Had drinks in The Snug which was a lovely space but dirty tables and crumbs on the floor. Not what I expected from a four star hotel. Would stay at the hotel agdd as in but they definitely need to up their game.”
