"I’m sorry but this was the worst bed experience I have ever had at a hotel or apartment. The bed is hard as a rock I had to pile up blankets and pillows to sleep on top of. We left for two nights and slept on the island just to get a better bed!! The house next door is a complete disaster. My jeans were moved and no one was at the desk to handle issues after like 8pm. Hot water last 5min. Internet slow and unusable except for the tv. The stove can’t fit two pots at a time so you can only use one...

"Soooo almost died while going to take a shower because the glass shower day caved in on itself... Called for them to come up, and they didn't show. They finally came up after I called a second time. Then they didn't fix it, and only directed me to a *used* bathroom in one of their other hotel rooms for my shower. The worst. Never going back. "
"Greywood hotels is a lovely place to be. Great and accommodating staff, very clean and safe environment, affordable sumptuous meals. It’s quite a recommendable place. I would say it’s really a home from home. Thumbs up to the management team and staff."
"The hotel property is nice, spacious, and accommodating. The initial room given to me was not good as I was told I paid for the poolside view. I had to pay extra to get a better room.
The overall experience was good. The workers are polite and kind. The reception people were excellent and the restaurant service was top-notch.
However, the room can be upgraded to modern facilities, especially the TV set and AC to a smart TV and split AC."
"From the look of things the staff are experienced at all! The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The choice of cable channels was too bad. An area of strength for them would be security which was impressive. They would always call your room to ask if it was ok for visitor to leave. Hats up for them their but overall I was not too happy with my stay there and not too certain if I would want to stay there again!!!"
