"The staff was excellent. It was a spacious room with true living space. Very clean and a very comfortable bed. I would put it at the top of my hotel stays in recent years. Plenty of choices at breakfast, however not a lot of seating. I would definitely stay there again."

"Hotel was adequate for a place to sleep. Bathtub was slippery and bathroom was very small. Breakfast was good but not great. Hotel was clean and convenient."

"I don’t usually leave reviews but me and my bestfriend selected this hotel when we needed a stay for a festival we attended in wilksboro. The hotels closer were fully booked so I selected Sonesta in a bind. I was weary because we typically select a Hilton and this one was so affordable but in a way I expected to not be impressed, but we didn’t have many options. I say all that to say I’m so glad we ended up here. We were so impressed with the quality and the cleanliness. Very modern and upper scale feel. The breakfast inclusion wasn’t just a basic continental. It was a free meal from their restaurant, any entree of our choice from their menu, a fully waited on restaurant experience. It was so good. The beds were our fav part though. They were so comfortable, and the pillows phenomenal. To the extend that we ordered the pilllows from their distributor. We are so picky with our pillows but we didn’t want to sleep another night at home without the pillows we had during our stay lol needless to say Sonesta will be our hotel selection moving forward."

"Lesley two messages with the front desk calls were not returned. Front desk attendant were very cold almost robotic other than one new your women who was great. We would pass front desk in the morning or entering the lobby they wouldn’t even look up. At dinner the food was not very good the server EJ was wonderful. Breakfast was good, I’m a tough customer as I hate to receive frozen items I could microwave myself at home. Sausage we microwaved jimmy dean as the bacon was also. The entire property is beautiful but it has aged without much updating. We gave it 4 stars as the one friendly front desk person upgrade our room as it was our wedding anniversary and we had requested a balcony room and they didn’t not have one At check in and upgraded us to a very nice room. We would return just know what to expand you check in. The Propert was clean and everything worked just felt like we were back in 1999."
