A minor concern (sticky door lock from the salt air) was handled immediately with quick, clear communication and a personal visit. “If you are looking for somewhere beach front, clean, comfy, & relaxing, this is your place! Step out on the front porch and it was like you were sitting on the beach. Zero complaints about our stay. We would stay here again! The host stayed in contact before our trip & was quick to communicate upon our arrival. Provided very clear check in & check out information.”

We did the 1 minute short drive. We came on this trip after heavy rainfall and there was no high water, but lots of mosquitoes on the island as a whole, so bring bug spray. It really helps. I’d recommend this property to families of 3-4 or 2 couples! It was great for our family of 3.”

“Well maintained home - appeared fresh and clean. Nice open floor plan. We had a total of four adults (two couples), and it was perfect. The kitchen was well organized with everything we needed. We cooked breakfast and had coffee on the deck. Cooked burgers on the charcoal grill, and ate at the picnic table downstairs. Bug spray was a must, but we didn't mind. Very pleasant outdoors. We brought our bicycles, and road through the neighborhood streets, and passed only a few vehicles and golf carts....

“Our big group enjoyed the 3 night stay at Sol Shine. The king beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the trip to the beach was short and easy. The bunk room was fabulous for the kids along with its private bathroom. We had a minor issue with door lock and maintenance was there within 20 minutes of our call. Highly recommend!”

“The property is exactly as seen in pictures. There were 6 adults and 5 kids and the house did not feel small at all. The loft area is perfect for teenagers. I would recommend staying here. Had no issues at all and the house was equipped with all we needed for the beach.”
