We truly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and loved the inside of the cabin, was very enjoyable. We seen some wildlife and enjoyed sitting out by the fire. It was one of the best I have stayed at. Would stay again.

Peaceful getaway!

Loved the location, far enough out of Hill City for some privacy but close drive back to town and also the trails! House was perfect for us and the hosts were very responsive! Will definitely stay again.

Nice cabin, great location for ATV riding

The cabin was perfect for our stay while we rode side by sides and atvs throughout the Black Hills.

Weeding trip to the black hills

Awesome cabin in the trees. Very quite very clean As advertised. Perfect location to explore Crazy Horse. Mt Rushmore Custer state park. Would stay again.

Cozy cabin

Was nice coming back at the end of the day and letting the kids in the back yard to play and get rid of some energy from riding in the vehicle all day.

Great location!

The house was as described, clean and comfortable! Parking for 2 pickups with trailers was a little tight, but worked! Saw a deer family multiple times during our stay! Thank you for sharing this home with others!

Definitely a property to re-book in the future

property was great and very clean! we would stay again definitely! Mike and Dulce were great to work with also. (only suggestion is the sewage smell by the driveway might need to be fixed ) but that would not deter us from coming back as not only was the property GREAT, so were the 4-wheeling trails!

Gem in the Black Hills

Great location just outside of Hill City. Host was easy to reach and very helpful. Plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out and having two bathrooms was great. Would stay there again!

It was everything we expected and more. We went backroad motorcycling in the Black Hills. This cabin was perfectly centrally located, clean and comfortable. The hosts had it fully furnished and they were very accommodating. Went the extra mile for us.

Very clean, great location

We really enjoyed the stay. If you follow the directions provided, you drive right to the cabin. It was very clean with a great back patio and deck which we took advantage of in the evenings. Hill City is about 5 minutes away and we went to the Badlands, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Custer State Park. All easy drives. We'd stay here again.

A true Black Hills experience

First off you could not ask for better hospitality, Mike and Dulcy went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. The cabin is in a perfect location away from the busy highways and offers a wonderful relaxing place to enjoy the true beauty of the Black Hills. This was our second summer staying in the Cozy Cabin in the Hills and it just keeps getting better as Mike and Dulcy continue to make it more enjoyable every year.

Great Time in Hill City!

Everything about this home was perfect for what we were looking for. It was secluded on the side of a large hill, had every amenity we needed, and was close to all of the sites we wanted to see. From here we visited Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, the Badlands, Bear County USA, and more! Everything was great, and at the end of each day we were able to come back and relax in this quiet place!

Quiet, relaxed setting

Cabin was just what our family needed for our vacation in South Dakota. Room to spread out yet come together for meals and family games or discussion. Area was quiet and away from traffic yet close to the activities we wanted to do. Lindsey answered any questions we had. Great vacation!

Awesome Experience

We had a great time at the property. Check in was super easy. It was very clean, had lots of fun games for the kids, and was in an excellent location. The loft was great for our big kids but I wouldn’t recommend it for children under 8-9. The stairs are extremely steep. Overall we really had a great experience staying here.
