“Check in took a LONG time...15 plus minutes. We discovered after pulling the bedding down for the night that one side of the sheet had a huge hole. My husband got his foot caught in it. Even if we would have wanted to call the front desk...no phone. The shower had hair from other guests in it. How do you miss that much hair when cleaning???? Our room phone didn't work or even have a cord connected to it and we had an emergency and had to call for an ambulance. Thank goodness for cell phones! Due……

“There was a small amount of something brown and possibly sticky on the wall/ceiling in the far corner of our room. Breakfast was “meh”. Eggs and sausage were barely warm and they don’t have cream cheese despite having bagels available. There are no “do not disturb” signs to hang on your door. Housekeeping randomly opened and closed our door without knocking or announcing themselves and didn’t apologize after. They also have a $20 early check in fee that they failed to mention when I had called……

“Unfortunately, the television had cable that included nothing local. NO news, local info, etc. No regular channels. All together a big waste!!!”
