Wonderful 3-bedroom, 3-bath home in the heart of Shipyard with an inviting open floor plan. Enjoy lovely golf course views from the private * HEATED pool. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, private en-suite bath, and oversized walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an en-suite bath that includes a separate shower and garden tub. The third bedroom has two twin beds and access to the hall with a full bath.

• 15-minute bike ride to the Shipyard Beach Club (1.5 miles)

HIGHLIGHTS
• Private *Heated Pool ( 30 ft x 15 ft). *The pool can be heated at an additional charge. This pool has a gas pool heater. The weekly cost is $775 - $1275 (depending on the season) to heat the pool.

• SHIPYARD BEACH SHUTTLE - The shuttle runs Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
Wristbands are required to ride the shuttle. 4 wristbands will be provided with your rental, and any additional wristbands can be purchased with a QR Code, which will be inside the rental property. Please note that guests are responsible for purchasing any replacement wristbands if original wristbands are lost or misplaced during their stay.
