DIRECT OCEANFRONT with Million Dollar Views Top Floor/end unit

Oceanfront top floor unit that was completely remodeled in May of 2016. This is an end unit and very private. Watch the sunrise from your private balcony and living area. Also, the balcony and unit are shaded in the afternoon, so very comfortable sitting outside having evening cocktails. Mirrored wall in the living room makes you think the ocean is all around you. The sea breeze from the balcony is amazing and no need for a ceiling fan on the deck. Walking distance to the heart of Hilton Head, Coligny.

Stainless appliances, new sofa in June 2022, chair and table with chairs, deck pub table and chairs made out of decking material is just beautiful and perfect for looking out at the beach.

Perfect Location

Located directly ocean front, great views of sunrise and sunset, short walk to beach and Coligny Plaza, has all the amenities you need, good communication with owner, etc. Highly recommend!

Short but great stay

This was a perfect little condo for myself and my kids. Beautiful view, short walk to the beach and easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. Can't wait to go back!

Great location

If you want to be right off of the beach, with a fairly private balcony and great views, this is it. The condo is clean, with some rough edges though. Any shortcomings are made up for with the location, great parking and easy beach access.

Beach / Ocean view Beautiful. Safe/ gated condo community. Nice high top table/ 2 high chairs on outdoor balcony. Too many corridors/ double doors to enter to gain access to condo. A lot of stairs if you choose to not utilize the slow elevator. Bug problems in kitchen. Needs a larger TV in bedroom.

Place was small but everthing worked well. Place would be great for 2 adults or maybe 2 adults. And 1 or 2 small childen. We had 3 adults and it was a bit tight but fine. View from room was very nice of the ocean.

Great stay. The condo is up 4 flights of stairs. There is an elevator that is on the opposite end of property. That could be an inconvenience for some. We sould book again today.

Great place!!!

Absolutely loved this place!! Already booked it again for next year! The only downside is that the bedroom has a lack of air flow and gets stuffy but they do provide some fans to help with that. It didn’t hinder our stay at all and we can wait to return! The view is STUNNING!

Winter in Hilton head

Unseasonably cold on Dec 19. We cut our visit short as we couldn’t enjoy the island! The villa was very clean and had great quality towels. It had every thing necessary for 2 people.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking

We had a nice visit. The quarters are small but just the right size for my husband and me. I had prepped some meals, which was nice to bake as there is not much counter space- it would have been doable, but it was hard to do much cooking. As others have mentioned, the view from the balcony is incredible. It was like having the joys of the beach without getting hot or sandy.

Great stay

It was a great stay, looking forward to renting the same place next year! Only a couple small things that could be updated. The hallway door is broken and the hand towel rack in the bathroom, no big though. One other addition could be a few hand towels/wash rags in the kitchen to help keep it cleaned up. But really, it’s a fantastic place overall!

Labor Day Vacation Stay

Overall a very good stay at this property. Have stayed here twice before and this was probably best stay. Since we were there last, there is a new couch and sliding glass door to porch which had needed attention. Minor issues to consider addressing: bathroom blow dryer works but is old and not appealing-looking; kitchen trash can lid doesn’t work and falls off. Pros: location 2 blocks from Coligny square; absolutely fabulous view of beach and sunrise as always - this view can’t be beaten! Communication with owner was excellent prior to arrival about a scheduling issue. - he was very responsive. Again very good stay. Would stay here yet again.

Beautiful view! Perfect location and beach

Beautiful and clean. Nice comfortable furniture. Could use a little TLC. Knobs missing from some kitchen cabinets, drawers, and closet door. Towel holder over bathroom sink was hanging out of wall, could not be used, some touch up on paint needed. These are all small items and fixing them would make more user friendly and a much better impression etc. But overall, we loved this place and had a wonderful monthlong stay!
