The stay was great. The week flew by-Mindy was as responsive as she could be, right on top of everything-if we texted a question, we heard right back. Checking in was a breeze, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool was awesome. The proximity to the beach was great and she had a number of suggestions that really improved the experience (especially the bike rentals-they were key!). Our two little ones (6 & 10) were either in the ocean or the pool 80% of the time they were awake; with all the pool toys and beach supplies that were there, all we needed to bring was the food and ourselves. We'd stay there again in a second when we come back to Hilton Head. Thanks Mindy!

Best family trip!

Our family of 7 had an amazing time at Under the Sea. Mindy was an excellent host and very responsive. We loved the home, especially the pool, backyard and screened in porch! The location is perfect, we would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation!

We had a great family vacay! Loved hanging out on the back porch and playing volleyball in the pool. Our doggies felt right at home. Walked to adventure cove area for dinner at the new Nala’s beach bar and to play putt putt. The house is stocked with absolutely everything. Fully stocked kitchen. Never rented a house with so many amenities. It was great! Mindy, the owner, was so responsive for any questions or issues we had. She went above and beyond. Definitely recommend Under the Sea!

Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed under the sea! They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and like your own home. The home is very clean and has something to do for everyone! From beach towels, to board games, to outdoor games, to beach supplies…they have thought of everything! Thank you for sharing your paradise with us!

An Ideal Spot for Three Generations

Our group of 8 consisted of grandparents, parents, children ages 9, 7, and 3, and a dog. The kids were in the beautiful pool multiple times a day and Folly Field Beach is an easy half-mile walk away. The owners provided everything needed for both the beach and the pool. The house was clean and had great gathering places in the living room, kitchen, and marvelous screened-in porch. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware and we used the Weber gas grill multiple times. The two times we had a question for the owner, she responded to our emails and texts within 30 minutes. We kept saying to each other how fortunate we were to have found this spot. We give it our highest recommendation!

A great place to stay

We stayed here for two weeks to celebrate a birthday. Mindy was so helpful with everything from questions before I arrived, to sending information the week before and available with questions while we were there! The property had everything you could need. It was also nice that the house had things to use to get started and beach towels and supplies for a trip to the beach. Definitely would stay here again!

Excellent place to stay

We had an excellent stay. House is just a short walk from the beach on a paved trail. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but also close to all the shopping you could need. Residence is beautifully decorated and has all new, quality appliances. Ample parking right in front of house. Check in/out was painless and owners were easy to communicate with either by text, phone, or email. I would recommend this rental to everyone and hopefully will be back to stay here again.

Great place for groups

Overall, really enjoyed my stay here. Myself, spouse and four friends were here on a very cold weekend so we were not able to use some of the really cool outside amenities, like the pool. But the house has two great TV rooms which allowed the guys to watch football while us girls had it on but at a volume level to also talk! HahaProperty manager was very thorough and easy to reach when necessary.Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Very relaxing!!!

We loved our stay at Under the Sea! Property was very clean, nicely decorated, and our fur baby loved the spacious back yard! We spent most of our time in the outdoor patio area, drinking coffee, eating, watching tv, drinking wine and eating charcuterie! We went in late October and the weather was fabulous! Didn’t even need to heat the pool! The walk to the beach was easy, made even easier by the large cart to pull our beach supplies! My only 2 suggestions would be to have an outdoor umbrella - I don’t do the sun anymore any would have liked to laze by the pool under an umbrella sans sunscreen! Also, the walking/bike paths are awesome (we walked our dog daily) and a few bikes would be nice to have access to for the bike paths. We would def stay here again!!

Hilton head happiness!

From the cute pink door to the inviting warm decor this was a wonderful home. I am sensitive to heat but the back porch was so comfortable I was able to play family games! The main bedroom also got cool enough for me to sleep which is difficult. The appliances were top of the line and I enjoyed making wonderful meals and memories!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Under the Sea. The house was very clean and had all the items needed to make our trip enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the pool and close walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
