there were a lot of baby roaches. Dirty towels from previous guests were left behind bathroom door on floor. We got two rooms for my family. Lady at night who checked us in was not people person. Not very approachable. No elevators. So if you have lots of luggage and get room on second floor you need have muscle power. We were told its only 18 steps.

The property had not been maintained for some time. The girl at check-in could not find our Expedia reservation, and we had to pay for the room again. The coffeepot in the room was missing the basket for coffee, so my guy went down to the breakfast room to get coffee, which was old and lukewarm. There was no food left for breakfast at 8:30. The shower had no water pressure, could not even take a shower.

They are disrespectful, they disrespectful to my family saying we’re filthy and trashy. They said our room need to be deep clean and said we can’t stay there bc if the room, my family cleaned the room and went to there needs to wash the floor and they told us that we’re filthy and trashy, sorry but that the housekeeper work that’s what there supposed to do, there supposed to clean there room. I wouldn’t recommend staying here anymore. Some staffs are disrespectful to.
