“I stayed here for business. It was just a quick overnight trip. I got there at noon time and the staff stated that they couldn't check me in until 2:00 which is not uncommon but they were barely any cars in the parking lot. I came back at 2:00 and checked in there was a lot of construction being done on the premises however I didn't hear anything that was of concern or that kept me awake at night. The bed was comfortable. The room I stayed in was not bad but I knew going there when I booked that……

“Very barebones hotel. Room with the beds was clean, but has a musty smell during the entire length of stay. The bathroom was very much in need of improvements. Black mold was showing through the paint around the shower stall. Great water pressure though. Cleanliness was also questionable. Thick black hair stuck to wall in a couple places in the bathroom.”

“This property was filthy and full of black mold. The bathtub would not drain.The room had a terrible damp odor. The door lock was broken and the door frame had no striker plate for the lock to connect with. The staff was unconcerned and said "good enough" or "if you dont like it, check out" regarding the lock. We purchased our own safety bar to secure the door.”

“We stayed 3 nights here. The room was not very clean and very dated also super small. You could roll out of bed and be in the bathroom. The door was felt loose and you could see outside through the crack in the door. Bathroom door had mud all over the bottom of it and the walls were half painted and the ceiling had some issues to. Tub faucet also leaked non stop. Water pressure was terrible. Had to asked everytime you wanted to use the pool and a lot of times the owners were no where to be……

“Was nice having a kitchen. We were able to make a hot breakfast, grocery store was across the street. It was conveniently located close to Portland Maine and right off interstate. Perfect for 1 night stop over.”

“The room itself was not very clean and with the building under construction it felt poorly kept. When we attended breakfast the first day nothing was being cleaned and trash was piled up, on the second day they stopped serving food an hour and a half before it was supposed to end. “Security needed, drank customer gettin and knocking harder on the door in other customer room in the middle of 3:00Am. Each room are not equipped and not properly equipped electrical plug-ins outlets. Bathrooms, each showers head need changes because not clean some are rust and molded. Older Rooms need upgrade because the rates are so expensive. Customer service are not attentive plus error in issuing the receipts. Overall this soco inn needs upgrade in each room specially the door. The only……

“Very clean and beds were very comfortable. The beds had normal size pillows, and duvets. The stay was fine, front desk and staff were very nice. But even with the air condition on in the room for some reason it was extremely humid and muggy in the room. More so than outside. the weather was great.
