Rebecca's Bistro is my favorite place to eat in Amish Country. She has fantastic soups, wraps, salads, and save room for a decadent dessert. I recommend the chocolate spoon cake. .. wow! with a great cup of coffee.

This is off of Dundee-Wilmot Rd. Park and make a small hike to the falls. Follow the river bed and there are spots to camp. It was 90 degrees on the day I made the hike, but it didn't feel like it near the water. Wade through the pool to cool off!! Beautiful!

BeeBops Grill was an unexpected find after spending the day hiking in the outskirts of Ohio's Amish country. I was in the mood for a burger and would have settled on anything that wasn't a chain. I was lucky enough to stumble upon BeeBops. I got a 1/2lb bacon cheeseburger. The burger came topped with provolone AND there was even more provolone stuffed inside the burger! The accompanying onion rings were huge, crispy and crunchy. I only got a half order, but the fat kid inside me was pining for more! As a guy who normally skips condiments, I was won over by the horseradish heavy dipping sauce. As a side note, I saw numerous patrons ordering the daily special. It was a mountainous twin peaked plate of the aforementioned onion rings and lightly fried fish fillets. If you find yourself hungry and in Wilmot, skip past the numerous Amish buffets and give BeeBop's a shot.
