"Great customer service from all the staff, starting with valet Cameron and Lala were amazing every time when we left and return back to the property they were always smiling and courteous. Didn’t catch the bell captain but he was also very friendly and courteous. Richelle checked us and was also amazing. Giving us activity ideas and some great recommendations for places to eat. Room was clean and the room service team kept the rooms tighty and all the towels and supplies were well stocked. Overall, I would recommend this property, great location to enjoy the Waikīkī area but also easy access to Highways to explore other parts of the island."

"Nice resort on the beach. Great week there. Nice room. Restaurants on property had good quality food. Music every night in the common area. Staff very responsive to any concerns. Walking distance to many things like submarine ride , kalakaua ave where there are many shops , restaurants and entertainment. Very nice vow renewal ceremony as well. Only downside is the beach is a little small outside hotel. You can walk a couple minutes and be on bigger public beach. "
