Overall stay was great. No issues, everyone in my group was satisfied. The only thing I would suggest is that the pool area lacks vacation vibes, it would be nice if music played in the background or perhaps more shaded areas. Towel attendant was not very friendly. Bartender at the pool was a bit curt. Otherwise, great location. Good breakfast. Rooms are good, housekeeping could do a bit better but no complaints. I would defiantly recommend this hotel.

Check-in was easy and quick. We were given bottles of water since it was late at night so that was a plus, and very much needed after a day of travel. Room: 2 bedrooms, 2 bath. Very spacious. Very clean. Lovely balcony with a partial view of the ocean. Breakfast: Helpful to start the day with free breakfast especially with two little kids. Lines get long so we learned to go earlier in the AM. Staff was so kind and helpful. Beach: 5 min walk across the street, so easy. Actually walking distance to many food and shopping options being situated in Beachwalk. Nice plus, hotel gives you towels for yet bravo or pool so didn’t need to pack any. Pool and hot tub can get somewhat crowded at times but still not too bad. Liked the option to rent a cabana or daybed but never needed it. Happy hour: amazing! Get there a little before 5:30pm to get a table and get in the line before it’s too long. But worth the wait, the mai tais are strong and free!! We’d definitely stay again. Entire staff was friendly and really helpful.

Hotel was nice, my only complaint is the dog next door constantly barking and how management took care of the situation. Other than that the breakfast was good but be prepared to pay $50 a day for valet parking, it’s all that is offered.

From start to finish we had a great time and a lot of it was due to how amazing the staff was at embassy suites . Good Breakfast was served in the morning , happy hour from 5-7 in the evening with free drinks , kids had a great time , room was clean , hotel got us a crib for our infant . When we requested something it was done right away and with a smile . Bell man was great , valet was great , they even had a 30 minute courtesy room after we checked out , was able to come Back and use shower and room to get ready for airport . Was first come first serve and much needed : appreciated . This is our new family hotel , great for big families .
