Property is old. Rooms are antiquated and dirty. Coming from miami this is a downgrade. Major construction going on accross the building starting at 4 to 5 AM. Cant sleep!

I think the hotel itself is fine. Room didn’t have a fridge or USB connectors. Shower very small. Bathroom door weird. Need to be alert to figure out how to turn the lights on

Parking is valet only and hard to get in and out when waiting because the hotel is on the Main Street. Elevator access is terrible because you to wait and then a cart tells you where to go, so could be waiting a while

Amazing Hotel, in the center of Waikiki, walk everywhere, staff is wonderful! My hubby left his wallet with CC inside. We called them and laundry service kept it and mail back to us with cash and all Credit cards!!! They are at the beach! Best views! It's a busy area and we love busy. If you wanna quiet are, not the best. They have happy hours every day and live music! We wanna go back for sure!!!

This property has an excellent location . My room was very nice with the exception of the loud noise from fans on top of restaurants extremely loud and squealing noise.We had an ocean view beautiful but could not enjoy the balcony or opening the sliding door for the ear piercing sound from the fans. The maintenance man told us there was nothing they could do about the loud noise. I recommend not staying in the tower in that side we where in room 731

DO NOT STAY HERE. Hotel is old, worn, dirty & poorly maintained. Rooms smell musty & moldy. Plumbing in rooms is terrible- tub took all night to drain after showers. Elevators are extremely poor. Food is average at best especially in V47 Lounge. Guests complained of inability to get loungers on the beach included with resort fee- we didn’t even try to get them because the less time we had on property, the better. Extremely expensive for such poor service & facilities. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Staff is not responsive and everyone was said to be on vacation when we tried to complain. At least, they credited the resort fee & the V47 Lounge fee. But honestly, that was not enough compensation for the terrible experience we had on our first trip to Honolulu. Do not recommend at all.

Overall, great experience. Thr hotel is exceptionally busy and the activity level, due to Duke’s restaurant, is frenetic. The elevator experience was the only downside. Too many guests vying for too few elevators.

This hotel has a great beach location. However, the noise way into the night is crazy loud, with someone across the street continuously blasting "entertainment" over a microphone past 11:00 PM. Need to close all windows and you can still hear.
