“I travel extensively using booking sites like Vrbo for nearly all stays. This is the first time that I have written a negative review about a host.On check-in day, still no check-in info. I sent host a Vrbo msg. No reply for 3 hours. I called Vrbo support. The host calls and says check-in info was in “welcome email”. I told her I didn’t receive it. She asks, “why didn’t you let me know that you did not receive it?”. At one point she says, “I am German. I am very organized”.In condo, I text that……

“The condo kitchen is well equipped, and the place is well located and comfortable. The host is very helpful. I would definitely want to rent from them again. ”

“Molokai is pretty laid back and not highly developed from a tourist standpoint, which is what we were looking for. The condo, which in its pictures looked a bit dated, definitely was when we got there. So no surprise. But we were disappointed a bit by what we encountered. Several missing or not working light bulbs. A ceiling fan in the bedroom that was either on or off, the chain control for how fast is turned wasn't working. Closet and bath doors that were delaminating. The view is……
