Owen at the front desk is the best hotel receptionist I've ever met. The rooms were spacious. My kids loved the pool, hot tub, and slide. Close to many good options. Great breakfast and hard-working breakfast staff. Great hotel

Nice location, close to shopping, no complaints, everything was great.

Ruby at the Front Desk is delightful and welcomed us warmly. She answered our questions and gave us suggestions for dinner. She is an excellent ambassador for the hotel.

Absolutely perfect! Beautiful cottages, everything you need is there. I had a water view and it was amazing. Some road noise and the water pressure isn’t great, but it did not detract from the lovely stay

A great little hotel. My only advice is to avoid walking up the back stairs with luggage. You can drive around front and avoid ALL stairs.

Well maintained and it is better than expected. we will come back next time if we visit this area again.

Very nice staff and clean room. Enjoyed being in Town Site, just north of Powell River. Very quiet, with brewery and market nearby.
