The place was unkept and dirty . Health and safety was zero. Customer service was bad. Customer records was not properly kept. No shower ! No toilet paper in the toilet! Toilet was never clean ! No house keeping in the rooms ! Rooms was not ventilated and was smiling and just to mention a few ...

Please clean!

Hi guys, the location of the hostel is great and as a place to stay for one night it was fine. I’m really sorry to be negative but it was quite unacceptably dirty for a $14 stay. Place is pretty dirty, smells very stale (maybe open windows to let air in during day?), no bins in toilet so people had stuffed sanitary items behind window, mattress you could feel every single spring, literally! Also I got the impression some guests were living there - people started having loud conversations and getting ready to go out before 6am - no problem with anyone leaving early obviously, maybe I’m being pernickety, but I think there should be a courtesy noise curfew before 7am. I really wish you well with this hostel; if you swept and cleaned the place daily, opened the windows and had more bins I’m sure it would be great. Good luck with it 😊

worse experiences from MKS hostel

Unbelievalbe, when I checked in, the hostel said they full bed, no arranged for me until I told to their boss. They arranged for me to sleep on floor, until midnight the a guy came into and slept at the same room with lady room because the reception didn’t arranged bed for him.....worse experiences I had from this hostel....

繁華街のど真ん中にあります。夜遅くまで若者が屯している中スーツケースを引いて歩くのは非常に怖かったです。夜は外で流れている音楽がうるさくて寝られません。当方あまり人生経験豊富ではありませんが、これまで生きてきて一番辛い夜になりました。

If you love your life, stay away.

This place was a nightmare. Starting I got there just before check in closing time. No friendly staff helped me, I had to proof that I booked. After about 15 minutes my booking was found. I was shown the dorm and the only available bed had marks on the wall next to the bed. Sand in the sheet and very overall cleanliness was awful. When I went to the bathroom I quickly decided that I will get sick as the bathrooms wasn't clean for a couple of days. Feccies was on the floor. I don't blame the owner but rather the other guests for that. You can get a small locker but must provide your own lock. The best I was given was in direct sight of the emergency exit light and this is an exit light ment for commercial buildings. So pretty bright. Walking up in the morning to discover that windows were covered by newspaper. I checked out even if I paid for 4 nights and can get reimbursed. Wasn't asked why. At next hostel I showed them the photos of the wall and was quickly told that that was bed bugs smears. So was very politely ask to take a shower before getting in their beds. No way going back there ever.

My First ever negative review!

This will be my first ever negative review, but I feel so strongly about this that I had to. When I arrived, I was taken to my bed. The sheets had blood stains on them in 3 different areas. You could feel every wire in the bed. There were mice everywhere and there was an 11pm curfew unless you pay a $10 deposit for a late key. This resulted in about 3 hrs sleep over the entire weekend that I was there. It was almost impossible To get to sleep with such a terrible bed. I am not one of these snowflakes who spend a tiny amount and expect the Hilton, but this place was just awful. There are way better options for hostels in this area.

Reception is not always there, nor was he helpful when he was there. The blanket was NOT provided. Reason? No more. Like seriously?! He didnt give the access card either. Facility is sort of clean but it has a (indian) smell that could take a while (or never) to get used to.

it was a worste hostel that i ever stay.

it was a worse hostel i stay i arrive a little bit late because of traffic jam . when i arrived at hotel the hotel was closed . i try to call the number at the front of the hostel . but no one answer it so i have no place to stay.

地下鉄から近い ホテル

ホテルは地下鉄から 近いです ホテルのコンディションはそんなに良くないですが 観光力はすごくどこからも便利です また利用するかと思えば 利用はしないです ホテルの衛生面があまり良くないような気がします もう少しお金があれば ほかのホテルを予約しようと思います ホテルのインターネット環境があまりよく泣く ホテルのドアをしめると電波が弱くなりました ホテルの近くにカラオケがあるみたいで夜遅くまでうるさかったです 補足です シンガポールのgoogleマップのデータがかなり間違いが 多いです あまり当てにしないでちゃんと調べた方がいいと思います
