Most of the experience was excellent, except for the airport shuttle service on July 1 at 10 am. The driver spent more time talking than paying attention to guests' instructions. One guest had asked for a terminal, then driver said the guest should have told him earlier, and then blamed the guest for not having told what terminal a guest was going to. Then drove like a maniac even going through a red light, parked and disappeared without any attention to the guest. I believe in the hotel industry, servie providers must be aware of guests' needs, not blame them if they are not paying attention, and cater to their needs, especially if they do not know the place, and are at the mercy of servie providers, like not knowing how to get to an airport terminal and just leave them unattended.
