Close to my dad's. We have stayed here before. LOVE the 2 bedroom suite for our large family & 2 Bathrooms!! Cleanliness was not very good- several hairs in bathrooms, hallways and lobby floors need vacuuming, short linens & pillows for the sofa bed. We were able to get them from front desk. Staff seemed stressed and not kind. Had an issue w checking in and the reservation was doubled. She did fix it and then our rate went up $25/night. I understand that getting workers has been hard. So are we just to expect zero customer service?? No greetings, no Thank yous, just pretty rude staff in general. We stayed in Dallas ar a different hotel chain 5 weeks ago and had an amazing experience and San Antonio 3 weeks ago and it was great! So I think it is this hotel or chain. Not sure we got our points, either. Breakfast was good, shorter time window now. Prices have gone up so staff needs more training, encouragement or something.
