room clean, but needs updating. 1) iron but no ironing board 2) coffee maker but no cups 3) safety latch hacksawed off the door 4) water damage to bathroom ceiling with crack and sloppy ineffective repair 5) no hairdryer 6) They only provide one towel per person per stay. I had to ask for an extra towel 7) They closed the pool. the gym AND breakfast due to covid. Other hotels in the area are serving breakfast. Ridiculous. 8) Top of bathroom tiles on shower wall were dirty, grout in shower/tub area black in several places. 9) hallway had a sour smell to it 10) I arrived from the airport at 1pm, was hoping to check in early as I have done at other hotels. Noone at the desk. Tacky notices stuck up with sticky tape all over the protective screen at the desk. Looked cheap , messy, unprofessional. Signs said staff left temporarily and check in at 3pm. Not good service. I waited several minutes but they never came back to the desk. So i had to leave and find something to do to fill the time till 3pm. Overall this hotel is sloppy with poor customer service. They do not pay attention to the details, and the staff at the desk were just ok. except one guy who helped get some of the problems fixed. The rooms need attention as you can see based on my comments. This is the worst hotel i have stayed in. I wont stay at a Wyndham Garden hotel again anywhere. Very disappointing experience.

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in during my entire life. Upon arrival there was a weird smell of cigarettes and moth balls. My room was not ready upon arrival which led me to wait for 1 hour to check in. I brought a pizza into the room when I first arrived an 1 hour later there was a ROACH crawling all over my pizza. Ten minutes later there was a ROACH crawling down my luggage. When I brought this concern to the staff at the desk they stated “thats weird we have not had any bug complaints in at least two weeks.” The manager was no where to be found during the entire stay or after the stay. The pillow cases were not on my pillows and there were brown stains on the covers. The bathtub floor was sealed with tape and surrounded by stains. The toilet ran constantly. There were small holes in the wall that resembled bullet holes. The tile in the common areas was missing/broken. The ice machine was also broken. Trust me do not book this hotel. I never write reviews but I HAD to let people know about this circus.

Expedia did not indicate that the restaurant was closed. The hotel smelled really bad and our room was dirty. The toilet was leaking around the bottom. After one night we wanted to check out but they made us pay for an extra night to leave early. Expedia was not much help either. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
