"Staff was very friendly and helpful! Everything is nearby and the room was a nice size. Would highly recommend this location while staying in Cusco. "

"We stayed here after the Sacred Valley between trips on the Inca Trail and Ausangate. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice. There is a restaurant on site and laundry across the street that is open 24 hours. We didn’t have a chance to explore the area around the hotel but it does seem like a very central location in Cusco."
A verified traveler from Seattle stayed at Novotel Cusco
"I stayed at Illas Inn three times during my three weeks in Cusco, as i was traveling around and coming back to Cusco each time, so had three different reservations.
Each time my stay in this hotel was great, tge breakfast delicious, the neighborhoods perfect and a walking distance from all important places of the center, check in and check out process easy and quick, the staff always accommodating and smiling, every resquest i had was met with readiness and kindness (each time i left i needed to leave my suitcase behind, for example; or the last time i wanted to check out several hours later than the check out time - it was done very readily and for a minimum fee).
I'll absolutely stay in this hotel when visiting Cusco again :)"
"Absolutely the worst hotel in all of Cusco. Do NOT book here under any circumstances. If you don't get mugged in the dark and dirty streets outside the hotel, the staff will make sure they take every opportunity to stiff you on your bill.
Run, don't walk away from booking at this seedy, trashy hotel!"
