The location is great ! You can walk to Bella Terra mall that has great restaurants. Rooms are very out dated.. but they cleaned them everyday. Our floor did not a have working ice machine .. the area where there should be a mini fridge just empty spot. The pool was clouded and the carpets were dirty .. the need to do so updating !!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I was so disappointed in this property. We checked out 4 days early and stayed at another hotel across the street. The sink in our room looked like someone had thrown up in it and had never been cleaned up. The bed was so uncomfortable and the walls so thin I heard everything the people next to us were doing until 3:30am. Paint was peeling everywhere, carpets coming up in the hallways and rooms, and the floorboards in our room had all come up. The staff was amazing, but the cleanliness ruined the entire experience.

Hotel didn’t have the refrigerator and microwave, The carpet floor was dirty and the staff name Mya was rude, she’s not understanding condition and social in life when I told her that the other staff is offering me to use the microwave , when my son is not feeling well I asked her to use the microwave to heat the soup and my son can take medicine but she refused me . Hotel need to renovation and update , old and dirty .
