"The hotel is new and very clean. There is a nice staff and the hotel is close to Lalaport, which is a huge shopping center. It is a nice and high-quality hotel."

When I checked out I asked for a refund on my remaining nights the manager informed me I needed to go through Hotels.com after weeks neither U line or Hotels.com will make it right. Avoid this toxic environment for your own health."
