Such a wonderful stay here! Staff were absolutely perfect, food was amazing, the common areas are spacious, comfortable and inviting. Our room was clean, large and had all the amenities we could want or need. I can't say enough good things about the Hidden Gem!

The room is clean, staff is friendly but our bathroom is outdated. Bathroom room sink was draining slow. Toilet Handel need to be pulled down twice to flush out throughly. Shower head needed to be replaced as it was not centered and tilted to the right.
