I decided to make the 3hr drive back home and never even entered my room. Desk clerk was polite and professional and the property was clean. The lobby was clean, but the front desk person was folding a lot of sheets/towels when we checked in. She was busy doing that and seemed a bit bothered when she had to stop and check us in. Once getting off the elevator the hallway was very hot and muggy. The room was clean but noisey. The AC is loud. We needed extra towels and a blanket the night we checked in. We told the front desk and they never brought it up to our room. The next day we didn't need room service to clean the room but later that day needed all clean towels and the extra blanket. We informed the man at the desk (Vinay). He told us we would have to bring the dirty towels down to him and then he would give us clean towels. We explained to him that wasn't exceptable. He was angry but we told him we would leave the dirty towels outside our door and expected the clean towels. He bought us the towels some time later and was angry he had to go back down and bring back the extra blanket we still needed. He was not customer friendly at all.
