The room was very clean and comfortable, with amazing pillows, blankets and a mattress that is very conforming. The check-in was quick and the staff very friendly. Parking was available so we could unload our items and then go to the room. After a great day of skiing we were able to ski down the hill on run 1 that ended up only 40m way from their ski-room. "The hotel is very beautiful, but I didn’t fully understand the concept. There’s no room service, during the stay they do not clean the room, and for dinner, there’s only a mediocre buffet or an Indian restaurant that’s always full. In the end, guests order takeaway pizza and are allowed to eat it in the luxurious lounges. Quite a curious contrast.
