“This property is very accurate from the photos, had a very easy check in process, and was very warm (which is crucial for this last stretch of winter). The living room was a cozy spot to watch some of our favorite movies, as well as a nice kitchen to drink coffee in and talk about the day. As for the bedroom, the bed was comfy and the heater was our best friend, as it never failed to make us warm after we ventured out into the foggy Bar Harbor area. We strongly recommend the Blue Lawb to anyone……

“Awesome place for our stay. House is nicely decorated, recently updated, and enjoyable. I love the overall theme! The third bedroom is enclosed on the second floor with a seating area in the loft. “The property was not what I initially expected, but in a good way. Its not a hotel. these are individual "suites" that open up to the back deck, or to the front. The suites are quite large, which was very nice for my family. Huge bathroom, and a large comfortable foldout couch. A few constructive criticism comments would make the stay perfect! we didn’t get checkin instructions so had to sit in driveway for 30 min calling and texting the homeowners to get code. The basement had a very strong chemical smell (recently cleaned carpets?) so we didn’t use the Bsmt bedrooms. No garbage bags or toilet paper but they dropped some off after requesting. “Super new and clean. Loved the open floor plan for visiting after our hikes in Acadia. Beds were very comfortable. House did not lack in any necessities. It was about a 35 minute drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia. Not exactly easy to run back to the house if you wanted a mid day break, but we knew the location when we booked and enjoyed the quietness of neighborhood. The host was extremely responsive.
