“It’s was lovely! A very special and beautiful property! Wonderful to be able to walk to dinner and shops. Unfortunately, with only a one-night stay, the late check-in (4p) and early checkout (10a) felt a bit rushed. It would be best enjoyed with more nights, or a slightly later checkout. “This house is all about the location! It sets on a beautiful property and is a mile from access to Acadia Park loop road, not to mention close to town. More than enough space for 5 adults to lounge around. The weather was starting to turn to fall so using the fire pit and having the fireplace was so nice. Had a question, and the property manager was so quick to answer. Highly recommend.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was needed after the full days of hiking and bike riding through Acadia. The kitchen was very well appointed, although we never cooked dinner as we enjoyed the Bar Harbor restaurants - More local to the house, be sure to check out the Sea Ketch restaurant… it was delicious. We were only home for one sunset, but it was lovely. Also we highly recommend sailing out on the schooner Margaret Todd, a Cessna flight……

“The cabin is even better than advertised. Every time we turned around we were impressed with things we weren’t expecting to find. Very well stocked kitchen, amazing views from the shore and dock, plenty of activities to do just at the house. Tim, the host, is very quick to respond, super nice and accommodating. It is a very nice central location to everything you want to do on MDI. We absolutely loved our stay!!”

“This was the PERFECT spot for my family and I to stay while exchanging vows in Acadia. The host was very easy to communicate with. The house was everything we needed but the best part was the privacy. It’s completely hidden off of the road and no neighbors on top of you. Deer came to visit us every day which elevated the experience. We had my 15 month old son with us and the house was very accommodating for him too. “This was truly an exceptional stay. The house is an architectural gem built in 1994 allowing nature, light and beauty into the unique structure. Stefano was a perfect and generous host.
