“We love colonial gables, the view, cabins, location everything is wonderful. Only thing would be to maybe replace and add some items in the kitchen. The cutting board and frying pan really should be tossed and replaced. There weren't any pot holders/oven miss for when using the oven. We've been many times in the past and this was the first time we found the kitchen poorly stocked with basic items. No dish pods for the dishwasher, no baking sheets, paper towels, etc. There is a note in the……

“We did not stay here. Once we arrived, the place did not appear like a good place to stay, the code did not workat our room door, there was a crazy man yelling profanities, and the ceiling tiles were displaced, etc. Waiting for a refund and it seems like they are ignoring me on that as well. Both expedia and I have sent them emails requesting a refund given the conditions I did not feel safe there. Do NOT stay here is my recommendation. We made another reservation elsewhere and sadly have not……

“We checked in for a two-night stay in Lincolnville on our way back down to NYC from Bar Harbor, and it was the ultimate place to catch our breath. While we were recovering from Acadia, the kids instantly bypassed their screens to become full-time vinyl DJs on the in-room record player, when they weren't busy exploring the gorgeous grounds. The owner, Alice, has completely nailed that elusive "welcoming-but-supremely-laid-back" coastal vibe. The motel is conveniently situated just two minutes……
