“Room was clean, the staff was friendly and parking was convenient.”

“it was a good stay overall. the only issues i had were the hotel was really hot and some of the towels were stained. Rooms were really clean. The staff was decent.”

“This is our second trip to this hotel. I have to say the first experience was better. I feel like service wasn’t the best. The room didn’t have enough towels or toilet paper. My room was out of conditioner, body wash and hand soap. We were able to get those things it just took longer than expected. The rooftop hotel was also a better experience last year. I even reserved this time and still ended up waiting 35mins until a waitress came to our table. Last year the hotel came with 2 beach chairs……

“Had a problem with our room being cleaned. First 2 days great, 3rd day no one cleaned our room and I had to call down to the desk for clean towels. Fourth day I had to remind the maids to clean our room, after that all was great. Rooms are a b,it dated. Bathroom needs new caulking. That being said location is great and staff helpful. Beds are great and comfy. Even though we had those minor problems, I would stay there again.”

“When I go to OC I stay either at this property or sea bay. Check in is done in the same place and staff are always very nice and friendly. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. This property is also great because is a short walk to the beach, bad monkeys which I love to eat at amd other places.”

“Everything you’d want out of a beach hotel. Room was great for those who don’t wanna eat every meal out. Nice littlekitchenette. Staff was wonderful.. sunsets were amazing. The little beach outback was great. The air-conditioning unit was really loud intended to wake us up during the night. We never had issues with parking. It was pretty close to the beach. I’d give it a 4 1/2 if I could.”

“The location is good. Even though you cannot see the beach in your room but you can just walk to the beach by crossing a road. The room is fantactis. I ordered a big bed and I am very surprised that it is KING Size!!! The hotel room has everything you need. and the check out is super super fast, you just need to tell your room number and give the card back to the front tesk. I really enjoy staying here. They provide declisious breakfast in the morning untill 10:30AM. I will definitley come back……

“Floor dirty (so bad in fact that we located a vacuum in the hallway and vacuumed the room ourselves. Room phone had no dial tone. Alarm clock found on the floor behind the night stand. Toilet leaked into the toilet bowel constantly (like it was constantly flushing). What a collosal waste of water. I brought all of these matters to the attention of the front desk, and was told there was nothing they could do about them. The staff never once emptied the trash during our 3-day stay. "Quality……
