The location is very convenient, as you are close to all the shops and restaurants. In the hotel itself, you can see lots of mould in the shower. The coffee maker wouldn't work, I asked the cleaning supervisor for another machine and she said it would be done in 5 minutes, two hours later I asked ...

Our first stay at a Ritz hotel and it was AMAZING the location was walking distance to many restaurant, shopping. Highly recommend to stay. All perfect. Having Nobu in hotel was a plus.
