"I wasn’t informed of any breakfast and the hot tub needs to be checkout because you don’t feel the jets guest service was excellent and the parking is a tad bit far"

"The Trade is a modern hotel, yet still so cozy and comfortable. We love the central location, and the Il Cervo restaurant on the premises for the bar or dinner. Front desk staff and valet are welcoming and accommodating. "

"Room was given away. I reaerved for two nights because we needed an earlier check in around 11am so willing was going to pay extra night for ability. Reached out to hotel twice, first thime responded no problem, second time i didnt hear anything but didnt think it woild be a concern. "

"Staff were amazing!.... breakfast with hot chocolate and whipped cream was delicious! Room was nice.... Only complaint was other guests.... creep pedos, unsupervised kids-runningthe hallways, and smoking in the rooms or near the exits. Otherwise, if you can survive that then you'll have a great time."
