I book a room for 1 night, the room I was given wasn’t cleaned correctly. There were dirty WET TOWELS hanging across the shower curtain. I asked for a new room, the receptionist removed the wet towels and said the cleaners just forgot to remove them. No I still wanted a mew room. The new room had small used pieces of soap left in the shower. Cleaners are not really cleaning these room!!
