This property is excellent. Very clean and the rooms are large and comfortable. Close shopping available and plenty of restaurants within 10 minute drive. Breakfast had many healthy options. Plenty of space to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

I was very happy with the size of the suite and the comfort of the bed. Bathroom also has a lot of space and the shower has a great pressure. Breakfast was ok. Everyday the same. We stayed 7 days and i think the only changes were: bacon to sausages or canadian bacon. Coffee it is not really good. The front desk people were very good and helpful. The cleaning was awful. We arrived a Tuesday and asked for not cleaning the next day because we had a mess. The following day was not cleaned. Neither the following one so we call service and they send someone to clean: meaning make the bed and put new towels. Then we had another "cleaning" day abd that was all for 7 days!. Location is great. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. I am sorry but the attitude of the cleaning people gathering in the halways in groups of 5 or 6 people talking loudly and not cleaning our room caused this review

An early check-in was accommodated. Friendly front desk. Comfortable beds, good wifi access, nice breakfast (appreciated the grits), clean room. Breakfast lady was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Met Kevin who was very thoughtful, helpful, a good "ambassador" for the hotel. Will stay here again when next in the area!

Comfy bed, large clean room. Pool is decent. Average breakfast. Only one of the elevators was working, and i felt they were understaffed. However, we enjoyed the location and would stay again.

Ok place to stay. Clean and comfortable however traveling with kids and the pool out of service the entire time was a bummer. Elevator was sooo slow and only 1 worked the entire time. On the weekend the breakfast was not restocked based on number of guests. Completely empty at times of hot items and no dishes for cold items.

We really like Home 2 hotels. They are roomy and affordable. This particular hotel however wasn’t as clean as we would like. The fridge although appearing clean, smelled like rotten meat and there was stains on the carpet. The extra bedding in the room was also iffy. The staff was great and the location was convenient(right off the highway, plenty of food/drink options and shopping nearby). Overall, a decent stay but housekeeping could have been better.

When we first walked in, it was a very warm welcome. The front desk and management made us feel like we've been there before. The hotel (this is no hotel. Way above that word) was beautiful. When we walked into our suite, we could not believe the warm and welcoming feeling when you opened the door. This is the first time staying at the Hilton. If I was given the opportunity to visit again I would not hesitate. I really can not say enough about the whole experience. Visit the Hilton in Menominee Falls and than you can see what I mean. (our stay 12/20/2023 suite 333)

My Highest Recommendation

Several families of out-of-town relatives stayed at Home2 Suites two nights to attend a family wedding! We asked beforehand to have an informal family gathering in your lovely breakfast area Friday evening before the wedding for those extended family not attending this particular wedding but wanting to meet up with the out-of-towners they hadn't seen in years, and in some cases, had not yet met. This was a very special gathering of extended family as you can imagine, and turned out to be beyond expectations, it was spectacular! the Manager Donna, and absolutely everyone at the Home2 Suites were so helpful and accommodating to our group going above and beyond. In addition during our stay, our rooms were wonderful, the beds beyond comfortable, the breakfast very good, and overall a very pleasant, clean and casual place to stay. Highly recommend Home2 Suites in Menomonee Falls, WI

When we got there the room we reserved was not what we were given. So as a result my one son had to sleep on the floor. They did offer to find us another hotel but since it was dinner time already and were only staying for one night we made do. There were no towels in the pool area. They did not make good on the plaque on the wall that said if you weren't completely satisfied they would refund your stay. When I went to check out in the morning I had to find the attendant and wake her up to check out. The complimentary coffee was either empty or cold.

I arrived around 3:30 PM and the reception area was quiet. Checking in was no problem except that the woman at the desk didn't smile until the end of the transition. I found my room to be clean, but not the one I was expecting. I checked in with the reception desk again to ask about the difference. I was told that the listings online with booking companies have the suites and studios mixed up and the hotel has not been successful in getting the mix up solved. But she went ahead and "upgraded" me to the room I expected. The room was clean. It was a bit chilly and the thermostat didn't seem to know if it wanted to blow hot or cold air. Breakfast is included with the stay, but we opted to bring our own food and eat in our kitchenette.
