We had an exceptional stay at the Pfister! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were met with outstanding customer service every time we interacted with hotel staff. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and eating breakfast in the cafe. Gavin served us breakfast and was working the bar and he was attentive and never let our coffees get low! New hotel- very clean - rooms were soundproof & breakfast was excellent! Entire staff was helpful and courteous. Located near shopping mall with many restaurants . Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel has by far been the best I’ve ever stayed in. I felt like I was receiving $1000 treatment for a $400 hotel. I will never stay in another hotel when I come to this area, only this one. Super clean, breakfast was incredible, and the entire building is very beautiful and impressive. Staff was extremely helpful and kind.

I needed to cancel the day of because of Covid. Hotels.com would not refund unless the hotel management agreed. I believe Latoya was the very kind woman who helped me convince management to issue me a refund. Big thanks to management and Latoya as this booking was for my mother who cannot afford to waste money on unused hotel nights. I will go out my way to sleep here anytime I visit Milwaukee. Hopefully the accommodations match the front desk service.

This was our first visit to The Port Hotel and it certainly won't be the last! From the easy "no check-in desk" check-in through a very complete continental breakfast, this hotel is a true gem. Everything was great, staff was very friendly and nice. Had a great turkey pesto sandwich in the bar. Prices in the bar are reasonable. They are pet friendly but the pet fee is $100, a bit steep.
