Maybe the Expedia site or confirmation email stated that check-in time was 1500 and I overlooked it, but we arrived at 1300 and were told we couldn't check in yet. The problem was that we had to shower and change clothes for my niece's wedding at 1500.
We panicked for a second, but the front desk clerk/manaber on duty got on the walkie and scrambled housekeeping to get our room readly. Thirty minutes later, we were in our lovely, impeccable room getting ready for the wedding and the day was saved, thanks to the OUTSTANDING, ABOVE-AND-BEYOND customer service. If this is how all Hilton Garden Inns are, I'm a fan for life and this will be my first choice in lodging from now on. Thank you so much!
