Relaxing beach oasis!

Beautiful place!
Very easy check-in process. The property was even more beautiful in person. Loved the view out of our living room window. I stayed here with my husband and two daughters and felt there was plenty of space for all of us. The beach was a short walk away which was great since we went down there everyday. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, silverware, etc. Very clean and all of the furniture was comfortable too. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Condo
This property is in the perfect location with easy access to the beach. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The property owners are kind and very efficient with providing detailed information one may need while using their property. We will definitely book this property again in the future.

Excellent all around
This condo is wonderful. The location is excellent. Close to everything in Amelia Island and super easy access to the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent. This may be the cleanest condo we have ever rented. We look forward to returning.

Fun, relaxing trip
Our stay was wonderful! Everything was as listed. We couldn't get over how quiet the complex was despite looking fairly full with the number of cars in the parking lot. It was as if we had a private home on the beach. It didn't feel like a condo at all since we had walk out access to the beach boardwalk. We used the beach chairs provided but left behind a taller lawn chair version for those unable to get up and down from the low rider chairs. Hopefully another person with limited mobility can make use of that. Amelia island was just what we needed. Laid back, friendly people, great food (recommend the paella at Espana), sunny weather and gorgeous scenery. Would love to come back!

we'll be back!
This was an A+ vrbo experience! The owners were so prompt and prepared with communication. The unit was clean and exactly as described. We never needed to contact the owners the entire trip as everything was in great condition and all instructions were clear for entry, wifi, etc. And of course, the beach and location were AWESOME. So easy and such a great setup for us with a 1 year old. We will absolutely be back!!

Peaceful
Beautiful home, even better than the pictures! Loved that it was a 1st floor unit with a perfect view of the dunes and beach. Everything was very clean and the location is great with a grocery store only about 1/2 mile away. We spent one day on Cumberland Island which was 35 minutes away. The historic downtown area is not far and has great shops and restaurants. This is a property I would definitely like to revisit!

I vacationed with my husband and disabled brother. The condo is beautiful, even during a tropical storm. It has storm shutters, which keep everything and everyone safe during severe storms. It is on the ground floor, making it a safer place for those with physical disabilities. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors onto patios facing the ocean, and the living room has a full wall of windows facing the ocean. The beds and furniture are comfortable and attractive. The kitchen is well appointed. There are enough towels and linens, paper and cleaning products, beach chairs and towels (which is unusual!). The patios are lovely for coffee or wine (if you drink it), and just listening to the ocean. The owners communicated very well with me, and were very prompt with answers to any questions (even dumb ones). We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Great oceanfront location with a beautiful view and easy access to pools and beach. Beach was very clean, no crowds and lifeguards were visible. Condo interior was very clean and exactly like the photos!

Beautiful and Peaceful
We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was beautiful and home to several tortoises, rabbits and lizards which our animal loving family was thrilled about. The location of this condo felt very private due to the landscaping. This was a great condo for our family of four and would work well for two couples. Communication with the owners was very easy and very detailed and I appreciated that. The walk to the beach was a little long but not terrible. The wifi was not great for us, but that was not a big deal for us.

Perfect for a family of 4
First time to Amelia Island and couldn't be happier. The condo was in a perfect location near beach and two pools which we used every single day. For how many people the condo complex serves, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful all week long. Didn't ever have a problem finding a great spot on the beach or chairs at the pool. The condo set up was great, beds were comfortable. Bedroom set up was nice; master is near room #2 which our kids stayed in. Just enough space between the two rooms to feel like everyone had privacy but we were still together. Kitchen, eating, and dining space was efficient, comfortable, and served us well. We would definitely stay here again. My kids and partner couldn't have been happier.

Wonderful location with gorgeous beach!
We really enjoyed our stay at Amelia City. I am very particular about cleanliness and this condo was A+. We prefer a main level condo in order to not deal with elevators, yet we still had nice views of the ocean from both patios. The access to the walkway to the ocean is a short walk and we were on the beach in minutes. The sparkling clear pool was on the way. Parking was easy. The unit was quiet. We found some great restaurants within a few minutes and the historic downtown area was less than 15 min away depending upon the traffic. Furnishings are nice, appliances worked well. Yet, the kitchen was a little tight for two people to work in at the same time and some of the cookware could stand an upgrade. We were able to cook some superb fresh fish bought at Atlantic Seafood. The MBR & bath were spacious and bath towels were luxurious. The complex is very well maintained as is the unit. You can't go wrong with Amelia City, we highly recommend it!

Great location!
Great beachfront location! Would have been nice to have screen doors on master bedroom so door could be opened to enjoy the sound of waves at night. Kitchen was a little tight since washer/dryer were in that space and while the dishwasher door was opened, one could not enter or leave the kitchen. Overall, though, a nice place to stay and we would return.

Lovely ground floor condominium
This ground floor condo was perfect for us. The location was great. The condo is well appointed and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. We loved having a patio to walk out and enjoy the sunshine. There are two pools in the complex and the beach is steps away.

Great getaway!

Awesome Condo!
We really enjoyed our stay here! Julie sent us all the check in info immediately after we booked. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed for the week. The location is on the first floor and very private with great views of the ocean. I was really impressed with how quiet it was around all the buildings even though there were a lot of families on vacation. There was also plenty of room on the beach and it wasn’t over crowded. I highly recommend and would stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation
We had a great time at Rick and Julie's condo! It is the perfect spot for a family vacation. Our kids played on the beach in the morning and swam in the pool in the afternoon, and both were so close to the condo. We enjoyed meals, and the sound of the ocean from the patio. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I've slept on in any rental! Would definitely stay here again!

This property was a beautiful location with an ocean view next to boardwalk for beach access.
This was an ideal location for us as our event was at the Ritz which was walking distance from the condo complex. The condo was clean and the ocean view was nice. Communication with owner was excellent. No issues. We would rent the unit again. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay on Amelia Island
My husband and I had such a lovely week at Rick and Julie's apartment on Amelia Island. Everything was perfect and exactly what we wanted. I love that the apt is on the ground floor with the grass in front. It gives such a nice feeling of space. I love opening the sliding glass doors and being able to hear the ocean while in bed - so relaxing and peaceful! You are right in front of the dunes - lovely! You couldn't ask for a better spot in the apartment complex. The apartment itself is spacious and laid out very well. The master bed was very comfortable and it is nice to have 2 bedrooms, even if you don't need a 2nd bedroom it is nice to have the extra space. The kitchen had everything you need, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a fridge, pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc, and a washer and dryer. I loved the location, an easy 10-15 minute drive north to downtown Fernandina Beach with all their restaurants and shops; an easy 10 minute drive south to some of the most lovely beaches you've ever seen; a 5 minute drive to a grocery store and a few restaurants ... you are almost right next door to the Ritz, so you know the location is good! Wonderful golf courses nearby, great bike paths right outside the apartment complex, and plenty of places to go kayaking. So beautiful to see the trees with the moss and just magical to see the marshes. We felt completely safe and comfortable and at ease the entire time - I would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning some day!!

Relaxing spring break
This property exceeded our expectations for our vacation. Photos were an accurate representation of the unit, and the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever had in a rental. This rental was very well stocked with the basics; I always bring extra TP, foil, hand soap, dish soap, coffee filters, etc., but this unit already had everything we needed. Location on Amelia Island was great (Harris Teeter was so close, and you didn’t have to drive the length of the island to be “home”), and it was a quick drive to Fernadina Beach to go out to eat. In addition, I think this unit had the best location within the complex: first level so no elevator, grassy area right outside the patio doors, one of the closest units to the boardwalk to the beach, so close to pool and protected by landscaping so you still had privacy. Could not have been happier with our stay!

Everything about our vacation was perfect. This is a beautiful two bedroom ground-floor condo with a private entrance which was just perfect for isolating during Covid. There is a beautiful grassy area outside of the two open terraces and the walkway to the beach is right next to the property. Every touch was well thought out and the condo was very well stocked with essentials. The location of this property is on the best spot on the island, two doors down from the Ritz Carlton off a beautiful canopy Road.
