Our holiday home borders directly on the nature reserve of the Montgó mountain massif in Jávea. Thanks to its south-facing orientation, you can enjoy the sun all day long in summer and winter. On the approx. 900 m² private plot there are several terraces, as well as a private pool 9x5m, outdoor shower, sun loungers, seating furniture and garage.
From the front of the property, 39 steps lead up to the house. There you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view from the Mediterranean Sea over the Marina Alta.

The living room is furnished with a leather sofa, 2 armchairs, safe and a 49 inch LED Smart TV (Sat-TV German) with internet access. A large tufa arch leads to the dining room with table and 6 chairs, air conditioning and WiFi.
The typical Spanish kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 4-burner gas hob, oven, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle, blender and plenty of crockery. A washing machine is freely available in the adjoining utility room.

2-4 persons:
2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (90x200cm), air conditioning, window and built-in wardrobe. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, washbasin, window, mirror, 1 hairdryer, towel warmer and ceramic fan.
5-6 persons:
3 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (90x200cm), air conditioning, window and built-in wardrobe. 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) with walk-in shower, WC, washbasin, window, mirror, 1 hairdryer, towel warmer and ceramic fan (surcharge 100€/week). In the summer holidays July/August all rooms are available at no extra charge.

The house is fully air-conditioned and has new energy-saving air conditioning units (cold/warm) with various comfort functions in all living rooms and bedrooms. The insulated windows are fitted with roller shutters and fly screens.

Hints:
We rent to families with children and couples, but not to young groups. Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and children under the age of 5. Pets are not allowed. The minimum rental period is one week, whereby booking gaps are only rented throughout. We have a contact person on site who speaks German, English and Spanish.
