My room was disgusting. My bed was full of stains, when asked for clean bedsheets they said they could only give us one sheet. The manager had attitude because we complained the room was dirty. Unfortunately we had to stay because we didn’t have have the funds to switch hotels at the moment. Please do not stay here. It really filthy and their customer service is horrendous.

Nothing was great, no elevator which was needed for a family with luggage. And when you have had a long day . Rooms need a upgrade and cleaner sheets. When the sheets have stains on them , shouldn't be put on the bed .

Man I will never be cheap ever again. I just needed a place to stay for a competition in Teaneck but the room was so hot the whole time even with the AC on full blast. There was a crack in the door that let the heat in. Also the shower only had ice cold water, at least that helped cool me off from the heat. Maybe it was just my room but I'll never stay here again. Also didn’t feel like complaining anyway just to get shuffled around to a possible worse room.

Out of our 3-day stay we only ask once to have housekeeping service and they fail, even though we let the front desk know before living the hotel in the morning, came back at night after a long day to find out our dirty towels we're still on the floor, we then went to the front office to ask for a just a couple of towels to find out a young girl on her cell phone doing nothing and not even taking the effort to go to the housekeeping closet and getting us two new ones she just hand it one small one big towel and she said that's all I have and went back to her cell phone that was more important apparently for her. I called that entitlement service where you don't bother to value the customer who pay your check.

Dirty hallways, smelly rooms, lousy breakfast. Loud A/C. Way too expensive for the quality. It is close to the MetLife stadium, but a sign warns you it is unlawful to walk along the roads (which are mainly highways).

Avoid this place if you can! The service is absolutely terrible! I booked this hotel for my parents, who were taking my elderly uncle, aunt, and grandmother on their first trip to the country. They arrived late at night after a long day of travel to find their two booked rooms weren't adjacent, despite booking them together. The real trouble began when my dad and uncle discovered their toilet didn't flush. The receptionist said no one could fix it at that hour, which was understandable. My dad then requested the vacant room between ours, but the receptionist rudely denied it, falsely claiming it was booked, and suggested we find another hotel in the middle of the night! This was impractical and disrespectful! After pointing out the difficulty of finding another place at midnight in New Jersey suburbs, she checked the vacant room and let us shift. Why not give us the room from the start? This unnecessary hassle showed the receptionist's unprofessional and discourteous behavior. It’s unacceptable to treat any guest, especially elderly and potentially non-English speaking individuals, with such disdain. My family merely wanted a room with a functioning toilet, but this was too much to ask for! If I could, I would give this hotel zero stars. We will never book here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place. Customer service roles require integrity, honesty, and respect—qualities sorely lacking here. If you can't have basic manners, do not work a customer-facing job!
