We really enjoyed our two night stay here, the staff are lovely and the hotel is well kept and clean. The food was also good at breakfast and dinner. We would definitely return if we ever visit joburg again.

New hotel in great location for a safe visit
Great hotel in a great location, near the Rosebank shopping area and Gautrain station to the airport. Plus, hop on hop off bus starts right by the front door of the hotel. Recommended.

This property is very close to the Zone and Rosebank Malls and the hotel has an entrance directly into the Zone Mall without necessarily walking out of the Hotel through the main entrance.

The property is easy to get to. The location is great being near the mall and restaurants. The room is a good size. The bathroom is clean and nice. Beds are comfy. Pillows are ok. The TV is terrible. Only 1 or two channels come in better then the others and all they play is soccer. I get it. It's soccer, everyone favorite sport unless you don't watch sports. Haha. The rest of the channels are so full of static, you can not watch them. And the air con only works with your room key in card reader so if you only have one key card, it shuts off when you leave the room. Which makes it warm when you return.

I recommend the Manager Themba for his outstanding handling of my booking which was incorrectly advertised. His fast, efficient service and immediate resolution was very impressive!! Friendly helpful staff. The hotel is connected to Rosebank Mall which is the biggest convinience, also lots of places to eat just around the corner. The breakfast was not great, There were several options but the quality of food needs improvement.
