“We stayed in Room 22. Grrat views of the beach and Weymouth Bay. Check in was easy. There is no reception, you ring the bell or call the number posted on the door. We were met by Dean who checked us in. The room is up 2 flights of stairs and was warm, but after opening the windows, it cooled down. There were no fans, but my portable fan did help at night. A full, hot, made-to-order beakfast was included. The property faces the main street did get noisy with traffic in the morning, more so on...

“We stayed for one night as a family of three. From start to finish everything was excellent . We were met on arrival and given all the information we needed plus advice on the local area. Our room was very clean and spacious . The hotel is very well decorated throughout and the owners work hard to make sure you have a good stay . Would definitely recommend, great value for money . “Warm welcome by the host, explained everything you need to know. The bed was really comfortable, room was spacious and tidy, even had a fan which was welcome as the nights where in the 20s. Breakfast was gorgeous, cereals,full english or if you asked for anything similar they'd do it, the coffee was lovely, they also catered for the continental visitors. Spacious car park and a nice ten minute walk to the seaside. Overall i would recommend The George and would certainly visit again. ”
