Once the gardeners had cleaned up the section it looked a lot better. The house was very comfortable with a great shower and we lit the efficient fire on the particularly cold night.”

The location was ideal, private, but reasonably close to amenities and services. Despite thinking we would spend some time exploring the local area, in the end we spent pretty much the whole time on the property as it had absolutely everything we could want there. “This property was about a 15-20 min drive to Abel Tasman NP, and just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The view from the home was outstanding, and visible from anywhere in the living area due to large glass doors/windows on two walls. There was also a large wrap-around porch with outdoor furniture for enjoying the view from outdoors. The furniture was dated, but perfectly comfortable and functional.”
