overall, it was a nice stay. Problem was with Expedia which showed I had a room at Mandalay Bay which is where we went to check in and was told it was at the W not Mandalay Bay. The girl we had said we could not change it. A lot of walking to get to casino and pool area. Terrible. On the second morning we called down and got a reasonable person who did change our room to Mandaly Bay which made everything much better

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
