TV froze every time we walked by and heat was not working when we first came into room, but someone quickly came up and fixed. Other than that, everything was good. Nice and clean. Would stay here again.

Went to check in and the first thing that was brought up was that the pool was closed. Now Normally it’s not a big deal but we specifically went for the pool and no one cared to call or tell us beforehand. So the staff member states we could get refunded but that was a total lie due to their policy. So I was completely out $200 instantly. Really just wish we would have been told prior to booking so that this didn’t happen .

Front reception area was very clean and welcoming, easy check-in. My room was immaculately clean, in great condition and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable! This is my second time staying here to visit family and will stay here again in future!
