“Hervorzuheben ist das extrem hilfsbereite Personal sowie das Hauskeeping zwei mal an Tag. Die direkte Strandlage inkl. Liegen und immer ausreichenden Strandtüchern ist ein weiteres Highlight. Leider dürfte der Architekt zum ersten Mal ein Hotel geplant haben. Wir hatten zwar ein großes Zimmer aber keinen Stauraum. Ein 45cm tiefer Kasten wo sich die 8 Kleiderbügel verkeilen. Der Geruch der Küchenlüftung auf der Terrasse und im Zimmer. Im ganzen Hotel steht das Wasser wenn es regnet usw. Ein……

“Wow, wow wow... We booked Uzenie wondering if the rave reviews were too good to be true. There are not. The hotel is exceptional - we have stayed in many places all over the world and Uzenie is genuinely the best. What makes it so fantastic are the amazing staff - their attitude and attention to detail was exemplary. They really go out of their way to be helpful - a few examples: my husband had some important work calls but the rooms are not set up with desks but one of the managers gave up……

“The property was very clean and well maintained. All of the staff were extremely friendly. Overall the food was very good. Not at all the properties fault but it rained 2 of the 4 days we stayed at this resort. A lot of this resorts amenities (ping pong, full size chess) and even some of the a la carte restaurants do not operate when it's raining. And with everyone needing to be inside, the common area's felt a bit cramped.”
