The property is under renovation but is clean and suitable for travelers. But the pool is under lock down by the staff and you have to get the front desk to access, which is different from most hotels. But other than that my stay was okay.

The room had dead cockroaches in it. We had to leave our room in the middle of sleep. 2 × 4 fire alarms and the overall cleanliness. The shower was terrible. Just not happy with my stay. Water pressure was terrible. Hard water

So the pictures needs to be updated, they had junk everywhere, beds in the hallway, curtains nasty and hanging off. That was a place that if u needed to do an extended stay . The amount I spent for that was ridiculous. That was my first and last time staying at a quality inn

A $100 deposit per room seems excessive. Especially when it isn't returned in a timely manner.

Upon checking in I was told by the staff @Quality in I was being charged through Expedia for additional tax charge, which would have brought the charges up a additional 100$ I was not gonna pay that due to being charged 244$ for 2 nights , this place is not for family there were ppl who appeared to be living in this place, as we was told we were on the bottom floor the room was painted in different shades of white the microwave & refrigerator didn’t fit in the cabinets the toilet wasn’t sealed to the floor every time some would would use the toilet it would move ,so many men live in this place I also paid a 100$ security depot in cas and they also put a 24-48 hour hold on my card I used to reserve the room with for a additional 100$ ,just wouldn’t refer anyone here especially a female with kids …..
