This place needs severely updated and it's not that old of a hotel it's dirty and stained and has significant damage inside the rooms

No lobby area so you have to wait in either a tiny room, a warm hallway or outside to check in. You can tell the property is old. It isn’t “dirty disgusting” but it definitely is dirty. Stains and cigarette burns on the comforter, hard wood floors that weren’t swept well and just well used appliances and bathrooms. No curtains to block the parking lot lights, able to hear people in the hallways LOUDLY; the convenience of the price and being next to an Anytime fitness was the selling point for me.

What a dump. The best thing is the outside of the building. Not yet 9pm and no one at the desk. The crabby old guy happened to walk by and checked us in. Felt like walking to prison. NO TP in the room. Seriously? You could hear the neighbors fart.

When I arrived the guy at the front desk was immediately racist, impatient and rude ! After I paid he said my guest couldn’t come in because they didn’t have an ID. Also there were people walking around looking like they were on drugs. I did not feel safe and when I went to the room and tried to lay down it smelled stinky and their were loud disturbances and people screaming I left within an hour of checking in and asked for a refund and have yet to recieve a response.

DONT CHECK IN AFTER HOURS YOU MIGHT BE STRANDED
The hotel overall was fine. I got in pretty late, which required me to use their land-line to call for after hours check in. Their phone did not work. So I’m stranded at 12AM with no way I contact anyone. I called the office line on my cell and of course no answer. I had to use some random strangers phone to get checked in. After I was checked in it turns out my doors battery was dead. So I had to bother the same random stranger at 12:30am to call again. The guy who was working was super nice and very helpful when I was able to get his help, but the fact that their phones do not work (they put up a sign the day after saying to use the phone for check ins, it still didn’t work. No dial tone. Nothing.) is ridiculous. The hotel was fine. Not super clean, a lot of old/dinged up appliances, dirt on the floor.
