When we checked-in the front desk people were really nice, when we got to the room we noticed that we were given an accessible room. We called right away to see if we could switch rooms we were told they were booked. I called Expedia to check if maybe they could cancel our stay so we could move to a different hotel but apparently they could not do anything. This ruined our Hawaii vacation. I called almost everyday to see if we could switch rooms but no luck, I was told, because I booked from a third party, we were not a priority. I should have booked from their website, it's even cheaper! Expedia gave us compensation for what happened but after we use that , I don't think I'll use any third party for bookings again. What a scam!
